1. Cargo Liability & Transit

How do we protect your gear? At COMMONWEALTH TRANSFER & STORAGE, INC., we take immense pride in our transit safety records, but logistics is a complex dance. Our liability for any cargo damage or loss during transportation services is limited to industry-standard SDR rates per kilogram unless a higher value is declared in writing before the wheels start spinning. We don't just move boxes; we move your business, so we recommend additional insurance for high-value tech or fragile machinery.

2. Warehouse Lounge Protocols

Our WAREHOUSES FOR FREIGHT TRANSPORTATION aren't just storage spaces; they're temporary VIP lounges for your cargo. Standard storage duration rules apply: long-term stays beyond 30 days must be pre-arranged to avoid 'overtime' lounge fees. We're happy to host your freight, but we need to keep the flow moving to ensure all our clients get that signature COMMONWEALTH TRANSFER & STORAGE, INC. speed.

3. Prohibited Parties

What can't we carry? While we love a challenge, certain items are strictly 'no-go' for our crew. This includes hazardous materials without proper UN-certified documentation, perishable items not previously cleared for cold-chain transit, and anything that goes 'boom' without a permit. Don't be that person who sneaks illegal cargo into a clean container—our scanners are better than you'd think!
